Quick + Easy Everyday Makeup Routine

Hey Y'all!

So it's been a minute since I posted about makeup so I thought I'd share a quick rundown of my go-to every day routine.

*Disclaimer- I don't wear makeup every day, but if I want to wear a little and I'm in a hurry, this is my jam!

Honestly, even when I'm not in a hurry because ain't nobody got time for all that! *shrugs

Occasionally I'll switch a thing or 2 up- a cream contour or add Stila kitten to my lid, but for 

the most part these are the main products I reach for.

This look is super natural with a little UMPH!

All items will be pictured & linked below as well as a little description of how I use them.  :-)

*The only item not listed is Urban Decay Shadow in "DarkHorse"- I use it to fill in my brows a bit.

1. Clinique Stay Matte Foundation

Helps control that oil, honey!

2. Garnier Combo to Oily BB Cream

I mix the Clinique & Garnier together for additional shine control.

I'm a grease ball in the summer!

The Clinique is a bit thick, so I mix them to thin it out.

3. Garnier Anti Dark Circle Eye Roller

I apply this first before any additional concealer.

4. Maybelline Fit Me Concealer

I apply this under my eyes after the Garnier roller, as well as the bridge of my nose, chin, and forehead.

5. Neutrogena Shine Control Powder

To set my under-eye and t-zone.

6. Laura Mercier Bronzer

I use this as bronzer on the hallows of my cheeks, forehead, and apply it to my eyelid crease.

7. Nars Orgasm Blush

8. Maybelline Master Highlighter

Cheekbone highlight, tip of nose, and a little above my brows.

9. L'Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara

Apply this gem to my top & bottom lashes.

Seriously guys, soooo good!  It's been replacing my Carbon Black lately. Say whaaat?!

10. Maybelline Falsies Push-Up Drama Mascara

I apply this to my top lashes over the L'Oreal just to make them a bit bolder.

11. L'Oreal Colour Riche Balm in "Nourishing Nude"

Top 5 Most Underrated Products | Beauty + Skincare

1.  ULTA Brand Clear Brow Gel - Click To Shop

This brow gel is everything you need in your life.  Enough said!

I don't fill my brows in, but they are wild & crazy and this keeps them locked in place

all day errr day!

Probably for days if I didn't wash it off.  lol

I already have a stash pile of backups.

It's not given the love it deserves and I am personally offended that it doesn't have

better ratings on Ulta.com.

2.  Aveeno Positively Radiant Cleansing Pads - Click To Shop

These aren't usually (well sometimes they are) a part of my daily skin routine, but they

are when I'm taking my mask off. *future voice

They're double sided, 1 is bumpy to exfoliate and the other is smooth.

I use them at the end of my little routine, and they're great because they're white and you

can see that your skin is clean, or any additional mess they clean off.

I've repurchased it a shit ton of times and will probably use them for life.

3.  Palmer's Skin Therapy Face Oil - Click To Shop

Face oil is all the buzz these days, and this 1 is such a gem at an affordable price.

I apply it with a Real Techniques face brush and y'all! YESSS!

During the winter, this was a life saver for dry/ chapped skin.

I'm combo to oily skin and I've even worn it under makeup!

It doesn't break me out, it helps blemishes, texture on your under eyes, and solves all of life's problems.  

4.  Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser - Click To Shop

Sooo charcoal on the face, seems a bit suspect, right?? 

But apparently it's great for you.  

I don't really know, but I do know I'm a lover of this face wash and I've repurchased it multiple times.

It's my "step 2" in the life long makeup removing process.

I rub it all over my face and then scrub it with my Sephora dual sided face brush and let me tell you, it works wonders!

I do think if you have any underlying dirt/ blemishes it will pull them to the surface and cause a pimple from time to time, but overall it's awesome and makes my face feel smooth and clean without that gross filmy feeling leftover afterward.

5.  Garnier Whole Blends Honey Treasures Conditioner - Click To Shop

Now..   I use this in a bit of an unconventional way.. Lol

Yes, it's a hair conditioner, but I use it to shave and it's AMAZE BALLS!

I have the shampoo & conditioner and have used them in my hair- while they were

great for dry scalp in the winter, they're so moisturizing that they just leave my hair "too soft", un-manageable, and lifeless.  Ready for the grave I tell you.

I will continue to purchase the conditioner to shave with though.  It's better than any shaving cream or soap I have ever shaved with.  Super moisturizing pre & post shave.

1. Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Quickie Contour Stick 

-Obsessed! This is my first cream contour product.  It's precise and blends like a dream!

2. Morphe Brushes "MB5" 

-This is my favorite brush for blending the hoola contour stick.  Super smooth and flawless finish.

3. Real Techniques Contour Sponge

-This cute little sponge is great for blending the hoola contour stick (although it gives a less noticeable look, because the sponge sucks up a lot of the product) but it's also great for liquid highlighters.

4. Ulta Brand Clear Brow Gel

-My favorite brow gel!  Literally gorilla glue for your brows.  It locks them in place all day & night!  Let's be real, it would probably lock them in for a week but I haven't tried that out... Yet. lol

5. L'Oreal Balm in "Nourishing Nude"

-Such a subtle pretty color & it truly is nourishing.  Definitely a must to keep in your bag.

6. Buxom Plumping Gloss in "White Russian"

-There's no words for this beaut.  Perfect by alone or on top of other lippie products.  I love the cooling tingle feeling it gives.  Can't wait to use it in the Summer.  

I think it'll totally keep you cool in warmer months.

7. Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Serum

-I've been giving this a try for about a month now.  It's a winner in my book!  Half the price of comparable products on the market and it works!  

It's reduced my "11s" and forehead wrinkles and gives a slight plump to the skin. 

8. Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit

-I am such a die hard fan of Nicole that I completely intended on buying it before I even seen swatches.  Once swatches went live on social media that was it!  

Heart palpitations.  Had to have it!

Such a great purchase!  It's SO pigmented, by far my favorite highlighters to date.  

Personally I think this formula is better than their other glow kits.

It's everything.

Simple.

9. Simply Balanced Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil

-Coconut Oil..  Enough said.  

This is just my go to brand.  It's affordable and it gets the job done.

I use this for everything!  Skin care, hair care, face, shaving, etc!

Coconut oil is just the answer to any problem you have in life and it's a must to have on hand.
